Safety

Safety is top priority with our customers, employees, and the environment at Northern Michigan Aquatics, Inc. and Aquatic Nuisance Plant Control/Northern Division. All treatments are performed under the guidelines established by the Michigan Department of Agriculture (MDA), Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), and other federal and state agencies.
The products used are transported responsibly to waterbodies, focusing on others and the environment. Our industry is regulated by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and has strict guidelines that are followed. Our vehicles transporting any aquatic products are equipped with emergency spill kits, first aid kits, and emergency road equipment.
